India's tryst with capitalism

I had an idea for a protagonist of a film today. A hero, if you like, if only of our times. I can't think of a better name yet, than 'Sunny, Crorepati', but our protagonist is an average man, who didn't come from the right neighbourhood or go to the right schools, but is intent on and vastly capable of earning lots of money to upgrade his life, and the lives of others he cares about. Mind, he always earns his big money legally and only by applying his mind in ingenuous ways. And he can do that, because the India of our times believes that earning big money is OK and possible, and one can and should climb her way up society and learn more of its possibilities. India today believes whole-heartedly in capitalism. Perhaps has always had, but never more starkly and more inclusively than it does today. And it is in such a milieu, that our protagonist, intent only on acquiring more money and not on fighting villains, can be regarded as a hero.
